Friday 2014-09-26 — Meeting Update

Activities: Bridge, yoga, scrabble, poetry, bhajans, mingling, refreshments
Discussions:
1) Hold a Diwali pot luck snacks on Friday, the 24th of Oct, 2014.
2) Need to find a bigger space for ICCC Seniors Merivale group; present location has become too crowded.
3) Plan to add future programmes to help the Inuit seniors up north.
4) Indu Ji shared information re the ICCC booth at the Festival of India.
5) Seniors Hike program in Gatineau Park on Wednesday, the 1st of October — Members were informed
6) Members have contributed $5 each towards refreshments, i.e. tea, sugar, milk, cookies, and towards cups, plates, cutlery, etc. This fund is expected to last several months. No more contributions will be collected till this money is depleted.
