Event Details: February 28th, 2020 at 7:00 pm at TD Place Ottawa [Lansdowne Park]
1015 Bank Street, Ottawa, ON, K1S 3W7
On February 28th, the Ottawa 67’s will be playing against the Oshawa Generals in a regular season game.
This special Ottawa 67’s night will connect students with employers from high tech for a 3-hour evening of recruitment & networking – including the chance to watch fast-paced junior hockey with an authentic Indian performance during intermission. All students are welcome.
The game has been dubbed as “India Day.” Several organizations from the local Indo-Canadian community have come together to support the Ottawa 67’s. The entire south side of the arena has been sold out as a season first for the 67’s.
The second period intermission will feature two live Indian dance/entertainment pieces.
As another Ottawa hockey first, the game will be broadcast live in Punjabi on Rogers digits 368 and Ignite 430. The commentators will be Ottawa’s own, Ajitpal Dhaliwal, Raj Narula and Inderpal Bal.
