A fire broke out on the second floor of the Coconut Lagoon restaurant on May 22, 2020 causing severe damages to the restaurant. The owner of Coconut Lagoon, Joe, had agreed to support ICCC by providing pro-bono lunches and dinners for front line hospital staff.
